Anger and strong emotions

If you are feeling angry, sad or fearful, or a mix of any of these, then this is for you.

It's pretty natural to feel like hurting someone else the way you have been hurt... no matter how long ago it was. But acting out your anger probably won't make you feel any better. That's because the good person inside you will feel really guilty for letting your angry self hit back.

Also, taking your feelings out on someone else can have some really negative consequences for you. Instead, go to a safe place where you can hit and rage and scream as much as you like with someone you trust to watch out for you. By letting your anger out, you will feel better, as if you had really hurt someone, but without the bad feelings afterward.

Taking that next step will help you get this stuff sorted. Once you do, you'll feel heaps better, you'll be able to chill and have some fun.

But hurting yourself or others isn't the answer. Ask yourself, was the person who hurt you worth losing your peace of mind over? I doubt it.

You don't deserve to feel this way so take a step towards helping yourself.
